How much does delivery cost?

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently unable to ship to an address outside of the United Kingdom.

Do you offer a Click & Collect service?

Absolutely. We are located just a short distance from Junction 7 of the M5.

Has my order been shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from DPD, allowing you to track your order through to delivery.

May I return my order?

Yes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your PULSAR® products. We offer a 14-day returns period, beginning from the date you receive your order.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items are unused
  • Items are in a resaleable condition
  • Original packaging and tags are included
How do I make a return?

We offer complimentary 14 day returns via our courier service.

Once you have entered your order details, you will be able to:

  • Select your preferred drop-off location
  • Choose whether to print your return label at home or at the drop-off location
Is it possible to return my order in person?

Just as we offer collection from our address, you can also return directly to us.

How do I exchange my order?

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Return the item you have received using our complimentary returns service
  2. Place a new order separately for the item you wish to receive

This ensures the quickest possible processing and dispatch.

Refunds

Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Please note:

  • Some payment providers may take up to 14 days to credit your account
  • If you paid using Klarna, your payment schedule will be adjusted automatically, or a refund will be issued if you have overpaid
