How much does delivery cost?

Delivery times are estimated and may vary.
Items can occasionally arrive a little earlier or later than expected due to factors outside our control.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently unable to ship to an address outside of the United Kingdom.
Do you offer a Click & Collect service?
Absolutely. We are located just a short distance from Junction 7 of the M5.

At checkout, select the Click & Collect option and we will prepare your order. Most orders are ready to collect within an hour.
Please bring a copy of your order confirmation with you.
Has my order been shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from DPD, allowing you to track your order through to delivery.
May I return my order?
Yes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your PULSAR® products. We offer a 14-day returns period, beginning from the date you receive your order.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Items are unused
- Items are in a resaleable condition
- Original packaging and tags are included
How do I make a return?
We offer complimentary 14 day returns via our courier service.

Once you have entered your order details, you will be able to:
- Select your preferred drop-off location
- Choose whether to print your return label at home or at the drop-off location
Is it possible to return my order in person?
Just as we offer collection from our address, you can also return directly to us.
How do I exchange my order?
The fastest way to exchange an item is to:
- Return the item you have received using our complimentary returns service
- Place a new order separately for the item you wish to receive
This ensures the quickest possible processing and dispatch.
Refunds
Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Please note:
- Some payment providers may take up to 14 days to credit your account
- If you paid using Klarna, your payment schedule will be adjusted automatically, or a refund will be issued if you have overpaid
Orders
I have just placed an order, can I amend or cancel it?
As we begin processing orders promptly we may not always be able to make changes, but we will always
do our very best to help.
What should I do if an item is missing or incorrect in my order?
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact our Customer Service Team with your order
number and the item(s) that are missing or incorrect, and we will investigate the issue for you.

How can I get technical advice on your products?
Contact our Customer Service Team, who can best advise on EN Standards and garment suitability.
Can you brand garments with our logo?
While most of our products are manufactured with the understanding that they will be branded, we do not offer branding services.
Do you offer made to measure products?
Yes, most of our products can be made in larger sizes.
The item I want is currently out of stock
Although we maintain a strong stock inventory, some of our most popular products may sell out. Please contact our Customer Service Team, who may be able to assist by suggesting a suitable alternative.
How do your clothes fit?
Our EVOLUTION collection is designed to accommodate layers and therefore offers a generous fit. The PROTECT core range fits on the looser side, while LIFE features a more tailored silhouette. REACT is designed to match your usual clothing size. Our size chart contains measurements for each range.
