We are thrilled to introduce NOMAD, a brand-new hard-wearing bag collection designed to carry tools and essentials to the work site. Launching with the 55-litre NOMAD 55 holdall, the collection extends our reach beyond high-visibility workwear.
We have combined customer requirements with our in-house team’s experience within the outdoor sector to create the ultimate go-anywhere, do-anything holdall. Designed primarily for professionals transporting tools, safety equipment and work essentials, the NOMAD 55 also offers versatility for travel and leisure.

Durability was central to the design. Heavily laminated fabric, reinforced seams, and zips sourced from established component partners were selected to withstand the demands of regular use. The focus is on a dependable bag for carrying tools and work essentials from the car to the worksite. The NOMAD 55 features backpack straps, giving users the option to carry it as a rucksack when moving between locations. A detachable pocket provides additional storage.
Developed in response to a brief from a distribution partner serving the offshore energy sector, the NOMAD 55 was designed around the practical demands of transporting workers’ belongings between mainland UK and offshore installations. Its dimensions were chosen to support efficient stacking and stowage within the transport space specified in the original brief.
“We started with a clear brief and used our experience to add features that would make the bag more useful. Material choice was central to that process, alongside the flexibility to carry it as a holdall or a rucksack.”
The NOMAD 55 is the first of four bags planned for the NOMAD collection, with further additions due in coming seasons. The launch forms part of PULSAR®’s wider plans to expand into product categories beyond high visibility.
