We have introduced an improved coverall liner made of superior, sustainability-focused fabrics. The EP100 PULSAR® PROTECT 3M™ Thinsulate™ Coverall Liner is compatible with the P522/PR505 waterproof coveralls and supersedes the original virgin polyester filled G100COV liner. With up to 100% recycled polyester materials, the new EP100 offers wearers a more environmentally conscious insulator, with a thermal resistance rating of 2.4 CLO.

The updated coverall liner utilises premium 3M™ Thinsulate™ EP100 100gsm mid-loft insultation, which contains 83% GRS Certified recycled post-consumer polyester. Reusing material that would otherwise end up in landfills, this low impact insulator has helped us create a liner that is soft and lightweight, keeping the wearer warm without adding bulk.
